Thomas Billiau

Film Director . Cinematographer . Editor

Thomas Billiau tells stories through image and rhythm. As a director and cinematographer, he shapes every frame, from light and composition to camera movement and color, with the same precision he brings to sound and pacing, treating editing and music as core storytelling tools rather than finishing touches.

His work spans sports commercials and music videos for brands such as Adidas, Free, AXA, Netflix, and Garnier, projects that demand a sharp sense of timing and energy, now central to how he builds emotion and momentum in everything he directs or shoots.

Self-taught and endlessly curious, Thomas has built his craft through hands-on experimentation, constantly testing new techniques and technologies to push his visual language further.
